Mission: To support disadvantaged communities in rural Nepal and elsewhere in the world by providing opportunities and encouraging community centred and sustainable development while utilising local resources and appropriate technology and always maintaining an inclusive, non-political, non-religious, non-discriminatory approach.
Goal: To Provide Better Life Opportunities for People in Rural Nepal 
Objectives:
1. Improve Health:
• To ensure access to essential health services for all members of rural communities in the working area
• To improve maternal and child health
• To raise health awareness and provide information education to give people control over their own health
• To improve access to drinking water, better sanitation and nutritious food
2. Improve access to Education:
• To ensure quality education for all children in working area
• To make local schools more child-friendly
• To improve access to higher education for children from rural communities
• To help raise adult literacy rates and increase opportunities for adult education and vocational training
3. Improve access to better infrastructure and livelihoods
• To improve local infrastructure
• To help with agricultural development
• To support villagers to develop new life skills (capacity building)
• To help improve local governance and social development
• To improve access to markets and public facilities for people from remote villages
The objectives of the organisation are in line with the Millenium Development Goals adopted by the United Nations General assembly on 18th September 2000
